A native of the UK, Charles has gained world wide recognition as a calligrapher, with his works selling internationally. Charles has done a series of paintings on “Shakespeare” and another series on “The Beatles”. Now later in life, the artist has changed over to the painting side, spending more time creating large gestural abstract paintings, incorporating lettering and calligraphy to form structure in his work.
